HOW DO I SIGN UP?

To sign up for an automatic subscription, select the Subscribe option on the product page, above the add to cart button. Then select your frequency for how often you’d like to receive an automatic shipment. At the checkout page, please enter your billing and shipping information, which will automatically create your online account to be able to pause and cancel at any time.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders ship within one business day of the transaction, so if you subscribe to an automatic shipment every 30 days, your order will ship within 1 business day after the 30th day. You can change the frequency of your subscription any time by logging in to your account and clicking manage subscriptions.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT INFO?

To update the payment method attached to your subscription, go to the account dashboard page and click manage subscriptions. Once on the subscription dashboard, proceed to the payment settings and follow the prompts to update your payment information.

HOW IS SHIPPING HANDLED?

All subscription orders now ship for FREE via USPS first class mail, no matter the size of the order.

DO I GET REWARDS POINTS ON SUBSCRIPTIONS?

Yes, absolutely. Subscribers earn 2X rewards points on every order, which is 10%! Non-subscription orders receive 5% back in rewards points. Rewards points cannot be redeemed for discounts on subscription orders. To redeem your points, we suggest trying a new one-time product, or using your points to shop for gifts!

HOW DO I CLAIM MY ANNUAL GIFT?

After 12 months of consecutive subscription orders, your account will gain access to an exclusive subscriber-only gift that is not available anywhere else! You will be able to claim this gift for free on our website once your 12th order has been delivered.
